Join our dynamic File & Object Storage Engineering team, responsible for delivering robust, secure, and automated storage platforms that support enterprise applications and rapid data expansion. This advisory role focuses on the design, configuration, and engineering of our file and object storage infrastructure, ensuring seamless application onboarding and efficient data management.

We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with application teams, assist with complex data migrations, and engage with vendors for platform enhancements. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and implementing automation to streamline daily operations, including provisioning and security remediation.

The position plays a vital role in sustaining provisioning throughput, enabling data center growth, and driving our automation-first strategy. You will be an essential escalation point for the operations team, providing critical support for complex technical issues.

End-to-end provisioning of file shares and object buckets to meet SLA targets and enterprise demand. Support large-scale onboarding, data migrations, and capacity expansion initiatives for new data centers and platforms. Drive automation adoption through APIs to minimize manual workflows and improve turnaround times. Enable standardized, policy-driven provisioning to enhance accuracy, governance, and reporting. Provide platform stability by resolving complex issues and acting as an escalation point for provisioning and platform incidents. Collaborate with architecture, security, and platform teams to support enhancements, certifications, and long-term platform evolution. Contribute to a superior customer experience by enabling self-service capabilities, reducing rework, and simplifying workflows.

A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure or storage engineering is required. Proven experience supporting enterprise file and/or object storage platforms is essential. Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills are a must. Demonstrated experience working within SLA-driven environments. Hands-on experience with file and object storage provisioning and support. Experience managing provisioning requests, application onboarding, and data migrations. Solid understanding of storage lifecycle management, including capacity, performance, and lifecycle management. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, PowerShell, or Ansible. Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows) and fundamental networking concepts. Ability to handle L2/L3 escalations and effectively drive issue resolution. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including application, infrastructure, and vendors. A focus on improving turnaround times, reducing manual effort, and standardizing workflows is expected.
