NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Pune or Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving change within the Non-Financial Risk space. As a Product Owner, you will analyze business and functional requirements, conduct data analysis, and manage the entire process from requirement documentation to UAT coordination. This position demands a critical thinker with a strong understanding of operational and non-financial risk in investment banking, adept at analyzing workflows, drawing conclusions, and proposing effective solutions.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for business divisions and technology solution providers, ensuring seamless solution identification and implementation. Lead and manage multiple Front-to-Back (F2B) projects within the Non-Financial Risk domain. Translate user requirements into detailed business requirements documents and User Stories. Apply expertise in waterfall and Agile methodologies, utilizing tools like Jama and Jira.

Develop functional specification documents, critically challenge requirements, and effectively communicate them to functional analysts, QA, and development teams. Collaborate closely with functional analysts and application owners on solution identification and estimations. Support the creation of business cases and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and test case development.

Ensure end-users and support teams are adequately trained on delivered solutions. Assist Application Services teams with functional test case generation and validation. Document business and process flows, and support the implementation team by resolving post-go-live issues. Prepare presentations for senior management and gather market intelligence through industry forums and stakeholder interactions.

Possess subject matter expertise in Non-Financial Risk Management, including Information Risk and Resilience Management (IRRM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) Control Frameworks. Demonstrate experience in conceptualizing and defining solutions, with prior exposure to Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines. Be assertive in interacting with various control and operational teams. Strong documentation and process modelling skills are essential, alongside robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

A proactive, delivery-oriented approach is key, complemented by knowledge of Investment Banking Risk Control Frameworks and Matrices. An enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude, the ability to take direction while working independently, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
