Design and implement robust, scalable, and low-latency streaming applications using Apache Flink and Kafka. Develop event-driven architectures and manage real-time data streams, ensuring fault tolerance and exactly-once processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and optimize performance of streaming applications. Leverage expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices to support application lifecycles.

Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions, ensuring end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Demonstrated expertise in Apache Flink for stream processing and Apache Kafka ecosystem (Producers, Consumers, Streams, Connect, Schema Registry). Proficiency in Java/Scala and a solid understanding of distributed systems principles. Experience with data serialization formats like Avro, Protobuf, and JSON. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for streaming applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential.
