In this role, you will delve into development and bug-fixing activities, actively participating in Agile ceremonies like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. You will contribute to software and architectural design, lead analysis, development, and testing, and recommend improvements to existing Java applications.

Key responsibilities include creating essential project documentation, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for defect resolution, and ensuring the achievement of development and delivery KPIs. You will also be ready to embrace and learn new Java technologies as required by project needs.

We are looking for individuals with deep expertise in at least one modern programming language and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Essential hands-on experience includes Core Java, SpringBoot, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, Java caching mechanisms, and Oracle databases.

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and frameworks like React is beneficial. Proficiency in Git version control, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, and Linux/Unix systems is required. Experience with high availability and high-performance systems, along with knowledge of release/deployment and application support processes, is expected.

Candidates with experience in performance tuning, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and basic Oracle database management will have a distinct advantage. While not strictly required, an understanding of caching and streaming technologies is a plus.
