NTT DATA is seeking a highly accomplished Senior AI Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale AI platforms. This pivotal role integrates AI with robust DevOps, Cloud, and Security frameworks, demanding a strategic technologist adept at architecting production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will embed secure DevSecOps practices across multi-cloud environments, merging deep AI expertise with strong cloud architecture, automation, and security leadership.

This role involves leading the design and architecture of enterprise AI/ML and GenAI platforms, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI. You will define scalable AI reference architectures, manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, and establish standards for explainability, observability, and ethical AI practices.

Key responsibilities extend to architecting AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, designing data pipelines, model serving infrastructure, and distributed systems. Implementation of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is crucial. You will also focus on building high-availability, resilient AI platforms with performance optimization and establishing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads.

Furthermore, you will implement Infrastructure as Code, build automated model deployment and monitoring pipelines (MLOps), and integrate AI into DevSecOps frameworks for secure continuous delivery. Architecting secure AI systems adhering to Zero Trust principles, implementing model security controls, and conducting threat modeling for AI workloads are vital.

Collaboration with stakeholders to define AI transformation roadmaps, providing architectural governance, technical mentorship, and evaluating emerging AI technologies are also key aspects of this position. Driving innovation initiatives aligned with enterprise modernization goals will be instrumental to success.

We are looking for candidates with 7-12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, or platform leadership, including a minimum of 5 years focused on designing and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production environments.

Essential technical skills include strong expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain. A deep understanding of LLM architecture, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks is required. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation is mandatory.

Candidates should possess strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus) and proven experience implementing DevSecOps practices. Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and cloud security controls is critical, along with experience designing high-availability distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications include experience building enterprise AI platforms (e.g., AIOps), knowledge of data governance and enterprise knowledge graphs, and experience integrating AI with ITSM platforms. Cloud or Security certifications (AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, CCSP) and experience leading global, cross-functional technical teams are highly advantageous.
