This role focuses on providing robust steady-state support for enterprise-level storage hardware and software environments within a shared services model.

As a Storage Engineer, you will administer critical storage and SAN systems for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will ensure the continuous availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of our clients' storage infrastructures. The core of this position involves dedicated support, administration, and the deployment of advanced storage solutions.

Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining data resources within production IT environments. You will be instrumental in gathering client requirements, designing effective solutions, and implementing them to meet specific customer needs.

Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand and document intricate storage requirements. Subsequently, develop and propose comprehensive storage solutions tailored to address these identified needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

A strong track record of designing and developing similar products is essential for this role. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of various storage technologies, including applied expertise in SCSI, Fibre Channel, and Storage Area Networks (SAN).

Demonstrate a proven technical history with excellent command over OS Internals and device drivers on Windows, UNIX, AIX, or Linux operating systems. This role requires hands-on experience and a deep understanding of storage system architecture and implementation.
