Provide expert technical support throughout all project delivery phases, including the development of project estimates and solution design reviews. Take ownership of documentation creation and review, alongside conducting peer code reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Develop and implement enterprise software system integrations with ServiceNow. This includes configuring and managing integrations via LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, and Single Sign-on solutions, as well as leveraging web services. Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Lead and manage extensive customizations for service portals and implement Order Management solutions. Deepen expertise in CSM (Case Management) implementations and leverage your comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow components like the Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Release Management.

Work with multiple update sets, coordinating their promotion across various instances to maintain system integrity. Adhere to ServiceNow Best Practices and stay updated on the latest platform features. Be prepared for on-call rotations as required to ensure continuous support and operational excellence.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of system design and development within Service Oriented Architecture and web services integration, including knowledge of REST, SOAP, WSDL, and JAXWS. Possess a proven history of providing technical support across the full project lifecycle.

Exhibit extensive experience in service portal development and customizations, alongside significant expertise in CSM (Case Management) and Order Management systems. Your in-depth knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, and relational databases is essential for success in this role.

Showcase demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration, including familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, and Single Sign-on.
