Join NTT DATA as a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor, a senior technical role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale Citrix environments. This position emphasizes expertise in Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for application delivery, load balancing, and security, alongside strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and Azure Virtual Desktop. You will leverage innovation and leadership to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable solutions for enterprise clients, contributing to technical excellence across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities include serving as the senior technical escalation point for NetScaler/ADC issues, designing and implementing load balancing, content switching, SSL offloading, GSLB, and WAF configurations. You will also support VDI environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop), manage complex system configurations across virtualization platforms, and optimize user experience. General duties involve coordinating technical activities, ensuring service KPIs, driving high-severity incident resolution, and participating in on-call rotations while adhering to ITIL processes.

This role requires 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically designing and supporting Citrix NetScaler (ADC) environments. Advanced knowledge of NetScaler features, load balancing, security configurations, and authentication methods is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills across application delivery, networking, and security are crucial. Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Azure Virtual Desktop is also required. A solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and enterprise authentication protocols is necessary. Proven consulting skills, the ability to lead technical discussions, and excellent English communication are expected.
