Seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our Controllership team, focusing on financial management information and operating metrics. This customer-facing role requires a strong understanding of accounting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

You will be instrumental in driving data-driven insights, contributing to project management, and acting as a subject matter expert for management reporting systems. A keen business acumen and the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions are essential.

Key responsibilities include developing routine and ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support business needs, trends, and issues. You will validate data across multiple platforms, debug data discrepancies, and collaborate with IT to resolve them. Leveraging your knowledge of financial reporting structures and business drivers, you will perform financial analyses and assist in prioritizing information needs. Partnering with IT and other teams, you will ensure performance measurement implementation meets analytical requirements and contribute to ongoing process improvements in reporting.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Data Analysis, or a related analytical or technical field. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, an MBA in Finance, or a B.E./Information Systems degree is preferred. Proficiency in Essbase, Tableau, SQL, or OBIEE is a must.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced MS Excel proficiency, and excellent communication and writing abilities are crucial. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team is also required. Experience with enterprise-wide planning and reporting systems is a plus.
