Provide technical support across all project delivery phases, including estimates, solution design, documentation, and code reviews.

Design and develop systems within a Service-Oriented Architecture, leveraging web services integration (REST, SOAP).

Implement and customize CSM (Case Management) and service portals, with a strong understanding of Order Management.

Integrate enterprise software systems with ServiceNow, utilizing LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on, and web services.

Apply ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, and enterprise IT architecture principles. Utilize ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Release Management.

Manage multiple update sets and coordinate their promotion across instances, adhering to ServiceNow Best Practices and staying updated on new features.

Exhibit expertise in the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities, including extensive experience in service portal development.

A proven history of providing technical support throughout project lifecycles is essential.

Demonstrate knowledge of system design within Service-Oriented Architecture and web services integration (REST, SOAP).

Possess significant experience with CSM implementations, service portal customizations, and Order Management.

Showcase demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration via LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on, and web services.

Exhibit strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, and relational databases.

Maintain strong working knowledge of core ServiceNow components.

Have experience managing multiple update sets and their promotion across instances, along with a deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices and features.
