NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of AI and data analytics within our organization, focusing on building innovative, scalable solutions. You will be part of a pioneering team dedicated to establishing robust engineering standards and processes that drive long-term success.

As a member of the newly formed CEO–Chairman Technology Team for Data Analytics and AI, you will leverage cutting-edge AI engineering, data, and cloud toolkits. The goal is to develop production-ready models, agents, and automation solutions that deliver sustainable business value, enhancing internal stakeholder capabilities and meeting future business demands.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing advanced AI models, particularly in Natural Language Processing and Generative AI. You will explore, implement, train, and evaluate AI models using Python and the Jupyter toolset, alongside performing MLOps activities. The role demands deep experience in creating self-service analytics solutions with Python and SQL, and adapting to hybrid and native cloud technologies like OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform.

You will drive software engineering best practices for building AI agents, ensuring high-quality solutions through rigorous coding, system testing, and documentation. Enhancing existing data-driven solutions for ingestion, transformation, reporting, and machine learning is crucial. Additionally, you will identify and implement automation opportunities using AI workflows to streamline data delivery processes. A strong understanding of product management to define requirements and guide the lifecycle of AI solutions from concept to deployment is also expected.

We are looking for candidates with multiple years of experience as a data scientist or AI engineer, proficient in Python, SQL, and Docker Micro Services. Experience with development frameworks for both frontend and backend, such as Python Pandas, NumPy, and Flask, is essential. A deep understanding of big data analytics and AI architectures, including Data Warehousing and ETL on hybrid cloud environments like OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is required.

While not mandatory, multiple years of experience in the finance industry, internal audit functions, or highly regulated environments is considered a significant advantage.
