NTT DATA seeks a skilled Systems Integration Specialist Advisor for its Noida, Uttar Pradesh team. This role focuses on ensuring contractual and solution alignment for IT infrastructure and managed services engagements. Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests to validate contractual obligations, SLAs, and governance requirements. You will create and maintain contract obligation matrices, identify contractual gaps, and ensure alignment across various agreement components. Responsibilities also involve reviewing solution designs for Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Managed Services, assessing delivery feasibility, and collaborating with Solution Architects. This role demands participation in deal reviews, validation of resource models and pricing, and ensuring adherence to scope and risk mitigation plans. You will also establish mechanisms for tracking contractual obligations post-transition, monitor compliance against SLAs and KPIs, and conduct risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Network, Data Center, or End User Computing is essential. A strong understanding of MSAs, SOWs, contract structures, service schedules, change orders, and governance frameworks is required. Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting customer contracts, coupled with expertise in solutioning, delivery management, transition management, or service management, is necessary. Familiarity with ITIL-based delivery models and strong analytical and commercial acumen are crucial. Experience in large outsourcing and managed services deals, collaboration with Legal and Commercial teams, and knowledge of Cloud and Security services are preferred.
