Provide support for all escalated incidents, managing tasks and alerts, and responding to critical monitoring alerts including system outages.

Assess and implement complex VDI and Application Delivery Virtualization projects using diverse technologies, and support intricate system configurations for Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms.

Assist team members with technical challenges within your expertise, and develop standardized implementation processes for consistent product quality. Directly engage with clients, account managers, and peers to support complex VDI/App Delivery environments.

Apply best practices and strategies to large-scale projects, while creating and maintaining essential support documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles. Be aware of organizational structures to anticipate interrelationships and be available to manage high-severity incidents.

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and adhere strictly to Change Management and other ITIL processes, ensuring accurate ticket documentation of support requests and troubleshooting steps.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure technical implementation is required. You should also have 5+ years of engineering and/or support experience with x86 technical offerings like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.

Possess an advanced and proven track record in engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments, specifically involving Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS. While not mandatory, CCA certification is highly preferred.

We require 3+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, along with a foundational understanding of storage subsystems and server hardware fundamentals. Basic technical knowledge of on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SQL is also necessary; VCA VMware Certified Associate is highly preferred.

Demonstrate extensive skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management. A thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies, including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN, NAS, and physical datacenter practices, is crucial.

Showcase your ability to assess, implement, and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure systems and configurations using established procedures, scripts, and templates. Exhibit engineering expertise in problem-solving and recommending solutions for mid-sized customer environments, aiming for high customer satisfaction.

Respect deadlines and agreed-upon procedures, possess strong listening and learning capabilities, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Windows 365 and AWS Workspaces is a plus.
