NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Senior Specialist with expertise in VDI to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting and implementing complex virtualization projects.

This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated VDI incidents and manage critical alerts, including system outages. Design and deploy advanced VDI and App Delivery Virtualization solutions, supporting configurations on Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms.

Collaborate with clients, account managers, and peers on complex VDI environments. Develop and standardize implementation processes to ensure consistent quality and maintain support documentation.

Participate in on-call rotations and adhere to ITIL processes, including Change Management. Ensure accurate ticket documentation and troubleshooting records.

A minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience is required. Additionally, 5+ years of engineering and support experience with x86 technologies like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Citrix DaaS, is necessary. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop for at least 3 years is also a key requirement.

Familiarity with server hardware fundamentals, on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V), and SQL is expected. Strong skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management are vital, along with a thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies such as Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN, and NAS.
