NTT DATA is seeking an innovative and passionate Systems Integration Senior Specialist with expertise in VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure). A comprehensive understanding of both server and desktop/application virtualization is required for this position.

Key responsibilities include managing and resolving escalated incidents, performing tasks, and responding to critical monitoring alerts, including system outages. You will assess and implement complex VDI and App Delivery Virtualization projects across various technologies, supporting intricate system configurations on Citrix, VMware, and MS Hyper-V platforms.

This role involves supporting your team with technical challenges within your expertise. You will develop standardized, repeatable implementation processes to ensure consistency and quality. Direct client interaction, account manager engagement, and peer collaboration are integral. Adhering to best practices, ITIL processes, and maintaining support documentation are crucial.

A minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience is required, along with 5+ years in engineering and/or support for x86 technologies like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix. Proven experience in engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments, specifically Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS, is essential. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop for at least 3 years is also necessary.

Fundamental knowledge of server hardware, storage subsystems, and on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) is expected. Extensive skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management are critical. A thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies, including networking, security, TCP/IP, SAN, NAS, and physical datacenter practices, is a must.

Demonstrated ability to assess, implement, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems using procedures, scripts, and templates is required. You should possess engineering expertise to gather requirements, problem-solve, and recommend solutions for mid-sized environments. Achieving high customer satisfaction on all engagements and respecting deadlines are key attributes.
