This role is integral to our Application Management Services (AMS) team, focusing on L2/L3 support for EDI/B2B integration platforms. Provide comprehensive L2/L3 support for EDI/B2B integration platforms, including incident, service request, and problem ticket resolution within defined SLAs. Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective preventive measures. Support production deployments, releases, and change management activities, ensuring seamless transitions.

Monitor and manage EDI interfaces, B2B transactions, and communication flows, ensuring optimal interface operations and message processing. Assist with partner onboarding and communication validations. Proactively monitor systems using enterprise tools, respond to alerts, and investigate anomalies to minimize service disruptions. Work with SEEBURGER BIS, RVS communication protocols, Unix/Linux environments, and MS SQL Server for troubleshooting and configuration.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. You should possess 5-10 years of experience in EDI/B2B integration, with mandatory expertise in SEEBURGER BIS and a strong understanding of ITIL processes. Experience with Unix/Linux, MS SQL Server, RVS communication protocols, interface operations, and monitoring/alerting tools is highly beneficial.
