Develop and implement solutions within ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and ITSM platforms.

Utilize expertise in Employee Center Portal, Case Management, Catalog, Workspaces, and Knowledge Management to build robust applications.

Migrate legacy systems to ServiceNow case management, ensuring a smooth transition.

Explore and integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence, to enhance service delivery.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an application developer, specifically within ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and/or ITSM environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in developing applications using ServiceNow's Employee Center Portal, Case Management, Catalog, Workspaces, and Knowledge Management modules is essential.

Experience migrating from older systems to ServiceNow case management is highly desirable.

Familiarity with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Agents is a plus.
