Join NTT DATA as a Systems Integration Senior Specialist, focusing on Ansible automation. This role is based in Bangalore, India. We seek innovative individuals to grow with our adaptable and forward-thinking organization.

This position supports the engineering, operations, and modernization of the Ansible Automation Platform. You will bring hands-on expertise to enhance platform reliability and scalability, working collaboratively with lead engineers, operations, security, and customer teams.

You will manage Ansible platform operations and deliver reliable automation solutions. Key responsibilities include translating platform needs into engineering solutions, partnering with lead engineers on technical direction, and improving platform stability and efficiency.

Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve issues and promote platform adoption. Apply engineering best practices to enhance automation quality and operational effectiveness.

A minimum of 3 years in software engineering or infrastructure automation is required, alongside 1+ year of experience supporting high-availability production systems.

Desired qualifications include deep experience with Ansible Automation Platform, familiarity with OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Linux administration skills. Proficiency in Shell, YAML, or Python scripting is beneficial, as is experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of enterprise security tools and major cloud platforms is also a plus.
