This role involves hands-on configuration and customization of ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management. You will develop and enhance workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards for GRC processes.

Key responsibilities include developing integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. You will translate complex business, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Support for testing, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and production issue resolution is also expected.

A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and role-based access controls is essential. You should possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC functionalities, including Risk Assessments, Controls, Policies, Issues, and Attestations.

Proficiency in development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer is required. Integration development using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps is a critical part of this role. A mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required for this position.
