Proactively monitor systems for availability, performance, and failures, responding to alerts and managing incidents. Handle case management for incidents, service requests, and vulnerabilities, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. Develop and maintain knowledge articles and end-user documentation to support self-service and efficient ticket resolution. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, identifying improvement proposals, and participating in Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with DevOps teams, providing technical insights and support for product development and issue resolution.

Requires 5-7 years of total and relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies including Azure, Azure DevOps CI/CD, App Insights, Cloud Networking, MS Power Platform, and MS Office is mandatory.

Essential knowledge includes API Development, User Authentication, Applications Operations, Scripting, and Automation. Experience with Service Now (ITSM, CSM, Reporting & Dashboards) and Monitoring Tools like Datadog and Grafana is highly desirable.

Methodology competencies should include ITIL v4 and DevOps Principles. Experience in customer service, IT Operations, and ITSM is expected. Excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are crucial for this role.
