Seeking a skilled Systems Integration Senior Specialist to function as an AI Business Analyst. This role involves deep engagement with AI, machine learning, and data analytics to drive business solutions.

Key responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives. You will translate these needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, AI/ML teams, product owners, and engineering. Participate actively in solutioning workshops to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

Assist in defining AI/ML use cases, supporting model validation, and ensuring data quality. You will also help define success metrics and KPIs for AI-driven processes and contribute to the development of analytics dashboards.

Support solution design, including process optimization and automation, and perform necessary data analysis and validation. Participate in all testing phases, including UAT and regression testing. Additionally, develop user guides, training materials, and conduct stakeholder training sessions, while also assisting with project planning and documentation.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in technology-focused environments is required. A solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision-making, analytics workflows, and modern digital platforms is essential.

Proven experience across the product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, is crucial. The role demands an ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
