This role focuses on providing specialized support for systems integration within the healthcare sector. Successful candidates will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of critical healthcare applications and workflows.

The position requires flexibility, including adherence to a 24x7 shift roster and presence at designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities include managing L2/L3 incidents and problems for COTS healthcare applications, focusing on timely service restoration and SLA adherence. This involves proactive application monitoring, essential maintenance, and coordinated upgrades.

Responsibilities also encompass managing application changes and releases, thorough impact analysis, and planning for potential rollbacks. Effective communication and coordination with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors are crucial, especially for regulated healthcare processes. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA are also vital aspects of this role.

A strong background in the Healthcare Provider domain, with a deep understanding of hospital operations and workflows, is essential. Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) workflows, quality control, specimen processing, and analyzer interfaces is highly valued.

Proficiency in middleware systems (ASTM/HL7), device interfaces, and autoverification is required. The ability to troubleshoot orders/results loops, connectivity issues, and validation processes is also critical. Familiarity with blood bank systems, barcode labeling (ISBT-128), and compliance standards (AABB, CAP) is a significant advantage. Knowledge of accreditation requirements and experience with various laboratory systems like Telcor QML, AssureTemp, Phlebotomy Scheduling, iSTAT, and Atellica are expected.
