NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role is pivotal for driving technical research, design, coding, and implementation within our Research and Systems Engineering (RSE) division. You will be instrumental in evaluating emerging technologies, building prototypes, and providing expert recommendations grounded in hands-on technical evidence. Lead hands-on design, coding, configuration, integration, and testing for RSE initiatives. Develop working prototypes and reference implementations to validate technical feasibility, performance, and security. Write production-quality code, automation scripts, and APIs. Design and execute structured proofs of concept with defined success criteria. Install, configure, and test emerging technologies within approved environments. Evaluate technology alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and risk requirements. Identify technical gaps and integration challenges. Provide evidence-based recommendations for technology adoption. Translate proof-of-concept outcomes into implementable designs and guidance. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure successful integration and transition of solutions. Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical workshops. Anticipate and resolve technical obstacles, making informed tradeoffs.

Minimum 7 years of Engineering experience, including 7+ years in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, and 7+ years in hands-on software development, systems engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or architecture implementation. Requires 5+ years of experience designing, coding, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex enterprise applications, platforms, infrastructure services, or distributed systems. Experience creating technical prototypes, proofs of concept, reference implementations, automation, or reusable engineering components is essential. Proven experience evaluating new technologies within enterprise architecture, security, risk, infrastructure, and operational constraints. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash is necessary. Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, APIs, infrastructure automation, observability, and technical documentation is required. In-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, virtualization, containers, operating systems, networking, storage, security, automation, or distributed systems is a must.
