This position requires 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, API development, and operational aspects of applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning and integration of various systems.

As a Systems Integration Senior Specialist, your responsibilities will include performing proactive monitoring, managing incidents, and contributing to knowledge management. You will conduct operational activities based on product expertise, ensuring system availability and performance. Responsibilities also encompass triaging alerts, analyzing service interruptions, and providing timely information to stakeholders.

Key duties involve managing cases within Service Now, responding to user requests, and performing initial ticket triage and qualification. You will be responsible for the resolution of tickets, creating bugs or backlog items for DevOps teams, and facilitating end-to-end user communication. A crucial part of the role is managing tickets and queues in Service Now, including assignment, status updates, and escalations, as well as conducting monthly ticket analysis to identify optimization opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience with Microsoft Technologies, including Azure, Azure DevOps CI/CD, App Insights, Cloud Networking, and MS Power Platform. A solid understanding of API Development, User Authentication, Applications Operations, and Scripting/Automation is essential.

Additionally, experience with Service Now (ITSM, CSM, Reporting) and monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana is highly valued. Knowledge of ITIL v4 and DevOps principles is expected. While not mandatory, familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, or Databricks is a plus. Excellent communication, customer focus, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are critical soft skills for this position.
