As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the testing lifecycle, contributing to client success through your expertise in systems integration and quality assurance. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of enterprise-scale solutions.

Analyze business and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies. Design, execute, and review test cases, scenarios, and scripts for various testing phases including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Validate end-to-end business processes across Oracle EBS modules and integrated systems, ensuring data integrity through backend SQL validation. Log, track, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Provide QA recommendations, support test planning, and communicate progress effectively. Mentor junior testers and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and best practices.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP application testing, with a strong preference for Oracle EBS/Oracle Applications. Proficiency in testing Oracle modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Shipping. Demonstrated expertise in ERP business processes, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM, and the ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation are essential. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
