Join NTT DATA as a Systems Integration Senior Specialist and contribute to innovative technology solutions. This role focuses on supporting critical applications built on Adobe ColdFusion, demanding expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining system stability.

This position requires a strong background in production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless application performance and availability.

As a Senior Specialist, you will own and resolve complex issues, optimize database performance, and contribute to application enhancements. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining high service levels.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Adobe ColdFusion applications, ensuring high availability and stability.

Own and resolve critical P1/P2/P3 incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Troubleshoot a wide range of issues including application failures, performance degradation, connectivity, scheduled jobs, and data-related incidents.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents, driving corrective and preventive actions.

Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database connections.

Address minor ColdFusion code fixes, configuration changes, and defect remediation.

Monitor application health, interfaces, batch processes, and server resources.

Support deployment and release activities, including pre-deployment checks and post-release validation.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DBA, network, and security teams for complex issue resolution.

Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and changes following ITIL best practices.

Maintain comprehensive support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in monitoring and incident reduction.

A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience is required for this role.

Demonstrated strong hands-on experience with Adobe ColdFusion / CFML and troubleshooting ColdFusion applications is essential.

Proficiency in SQL and database troubleshooting across RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL is necessary.

Experience with web server technologies like IIS/Apache and understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols are expected.

Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and application integrations is required.

Solid experience in production monitoring, alerting, debugging, and performance troubleshooting is key.

Familiarity with ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management is required.

Experience with ServiceNow, source-control systems, and CI/CD tools is beneficial.

Strong analytical skills, a production-support mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure are important competencies.
