As a Senior/Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our Storage Engineering team, focusing on enterprise storage platforms, data protection, and automation. Your expertise will drive validation and testing efforts, enhancing the reliability and performance of our storage systems, with a strong emphasis on accelerating patching processes.

Lead the development and execution of automation frameworks using Python, Playwright, and Selenium to validate storage and data workflows, particularly for accelerated patching.

Design and implement validation strategies for high-velocity patch distribution, storage performance during patching (IOPS, throughput, latency), and API integrations for patch orchestration.

Define and execute validation for key platforms including PowerMax/PowerFlex, NetApp FAS, StorageGRID, and Cohesity.

Validate data protection, replication, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure seamless accelerated patching.

Build and integrate reusable automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

Utilize Terraform (IaC) for provisioning and validating storage environments optimized for rapid patching.

Drive testing for data integrity, consistency of patch artifacts, and high-volume data movement across environments.

Lead deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage and patch deployment workflows.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years in storage, automation, or infrastructure engineering.

Proficiency in Python and strong automation skills are essential, coupled with a solid understanding of block, file, and object storage, and data protection principles.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of experience with enterprise storage platforms like Cohesity, PowerMax/PowerFlex, NetApp, and StorageGRID. Experience leading automation and validation for distributed infrastructure systems and patch deployment processes is crucial.

Expertise in high-volume data delivery and validation, backup/restore, replication, and DR at scale, data integrity, large artifact handling, Terraform (IaC), and CI/CD integration is expected. Advanced troubleshooting skills across storage, compute, and distributed systems are also required.
