As a Systems Integration Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of enterprise storage systems, including Dell, IBM, and NetApp technologies. Your duties will encompass configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting.

You will perform essential tasks such as storage provisioning, LUN creation, and host mapping. Additionally, you will manage replication, snapshots, and data reduction technologies, ensuring data integrity and availability. Firmware updates, hardware expansions, and disaster recovery planning will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and detailed documentation are key aspects of this role.

A strong background in managing enterprise storage systems is essential, with hands-on experience in Dell, IBM, and NetApp technologies. You should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

Key technical proficiencies include storage provisioning, LUN creation, performance monitoring, and managing replication and snapshot technologies. A good understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management is crucial. Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT Asset Management tools like ServiceNow is beneficial. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
