As a Systems Integration Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in integrating customer tools with NTT's platforms using Boomi. You will develop comprehensive design plans, documenting them thoroughly in high-level and low-level design documents.

Your responsibilities will extend to understanding and applying Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) principles, including incident, request, change, and problem management flows. This role requires a proactive approach to system integration and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Senior Analyst with 6-8 years of experience in integration, preferably with Boomi. A strong understanding of enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application integration patterns (ESB, MDM, JMS, REST, SOAP, ETL) is essential.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing integrations using Boomi or other iPaaS tools, with a solid grasp of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and API management is required. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus. Prior experience leading teams and a certification in Boomi are highly preferred.

Key skills include designing, developing, and configuring applications using Boomi, integrating with cloud-based applications (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix), and proficiency in Boomi scripting and JavaScript. The ability to troubleshoot software issues and write quality code is also critical for success in this role.
