Key responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives, translating them into functional specifications and user stories. You will serve as a vital liaison between business teams, AI/ML specialists, product owners, and engineering.

Engage in solutioning workshops to align business objectives with technical capabilities. Support AI/ML initiatives by translating business challenges into use cases, assisting with model validation, data quality checks, and interpreting model results. Define success metrics and KPIs for AI-driven processes and aid in developing analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Contribute to solution design, process optimization, and automation efforts. Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and transformation. Actively participate in all testing phases, including UAT and regression testing. Develop user guides and training materials for stakeholders.

Assist with project planning, tracking, documentation, and communication. Support the integration of AI systems with enterprise platforms and third-party applications, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts and enhancements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in technology-centric environments is mandatory.

Possess a robust understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision-making, analytics workflows, and modern digital platforms. Proven experience navigating the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements and design through UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
