We are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Director to lead our Cloud & Security Practice in Noida, India. This role involves end-to-end delivery of complex cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and security engagements for enterprise clients.

As a Delivery Leader, you will leverage your expertise in delivery governance, cloud/infrastructure understanding, people leadership, and client management to drive operational excellence and talent development within our dynamic organization. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Cloud, Hybrid Infrastructure, Security, and Staff Augmentation engagements. Lead multi-technology delivery environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), alongside on-premises and hybrid cloud ecosystems. Build and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring contractual commitments are met and driving continuous improvement across the practice. Provide leadership for hybrid infrastructure support, including cloud, data center, compute, storage, network, and related services. Drive transformation towards cloud-native, automated, and SRE-oriented operating models, ensuring effective integration between on-premises and cloud platforms.

A minimum of 18 years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud, or technology delivery, with substantial leadership experience. Proven delivery experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong operational understanding of at least one hyperscaler. Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse, and geographically distributed teams, with a strong track record of coaching and mentorship. Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders. Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure operations, cloud operations, security, staff augmentation, managed services, and delivery governance.
