NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Analyst with a Network Administration focus to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is integral to advanced L1 operations, bridging the gap to L2 support and ensuring the seamless performance of critical network services.

In this role, you will lead advanced troubleshooting for complex network incidents, including multi-site routing, firewall/VPN connectivity, and performance degradation issues. You will conduct detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark and CLI, and validate network changes performed by L2/L3 teams.

You will also be responsible for identifying recurring problems and contributing to their resolution, driving communication during outages, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you will mentor junior engineers, ensure SOP adherence, and actively participate in improving runbooks and knowledge base resources.

We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in NOC or Network Support. A strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics), switching technologies, wireless, and firewall concepts is essential. Proficiency in using CLI on Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Aruba devices, along with solid experience in monitoring analytics and trend interpretation, is required.

A CCNA certification is mandatory, and a CCNP certification is highly preferred. This position involves working in a hybrid model, with potential requirements for in-office attendance based on business needs and client requirements.
