NTT DATA seeks an innovative and driven Systems Integration Advisor specializing in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Serve as the primary escalation point for all support-related activities, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deadlines are met for specific accounts.

Design and implement complex VDI and App Delivery Virtualization projects utilizing various technologies, while supporting intricate system configurations for Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms.

Provide technical support to the team, develop repeatable standards and implementation processes for product uniformity and quality, and directly engage with clients, account managers, and peers on complex VDI/App Delivery environments.

Apply best practices and methodologies to large-scale projects, create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment focused on automation and resource optimization.

Be available to drive high-severity incident response and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, adhering to Change Management and other ITIL processes, with accurate ticket documentation.

A minimum of 7 years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience, coupled with 7+ years in engineering and/or support of x86 technologies like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.

Demonstrated advanced experience in engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS, with a CCA certification being highly preferred.

Possess 5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, along with technical knowledge of storage subsystems and server hardware fundamentals.

In-depth expertise in on-premise hypervisors such as vSphere, XenServer, and Microsoft Hyper-V, as well as SQL, with a VCP VMware Certified Professional certification being highly preferred.

Thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN, NAS, and physical datacenter practices, alongside extensive skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management.

Proven ability to assess, implement, and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure systems and configurations, gather requirements, solve problems, and provide recommendations for large, complex customer environments, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Cloud solutions or certifications in Azure/AWS are considered an advantage.
