NTT DATA seeks a skilled Systems Integration Advisor specializing in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). This role requires a professional with a strong background in innovation, creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver high-quality, efficient, and stable client solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in supporting and managing large enterprise environments. A broad understanding of both server and desktop/application virtualization is essential.

Serve as the primary escalation point for all support-related issues. Coordinate technical activities for specific accounts, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and deadlines are met. Design and implement complex VDI and App Delivery Virtualization projects using a variety of technologies.

Provide support for intricate system configurations and standards across Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms. Assist team members with technical challenges within your area of expertise. Develop standardized, repeatable implementation processes to ensure product consistency and quality.

Engage directly with clients, account managers, and peers to support sophisticated VDI and App Delivery environments. Apply best practices, strategies, and methodologies to large-scale projects. Create and maintain essential support documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles. Facilitate team collaboration and information sharing, encouraging a spirit of innovation and the exchange of best practices.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure technical implementation and in engineering/support related to x86 technologies such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix is required. Candidates should have an advanced, proven track record in engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop for at least 5 years is necessary.

Proficiency in understanding storage subsystems, server hardware fundamentals, and in-depth technical knowledge of on-premise hypervisors like vSphere, XenServer, and Microsoft Hyper-V, along with SQL, is crucial. A thorough comprehension of enterprise datacenter technologies, including networking, security, TCP/IP, SAN/NAS, and physical datacenter practices, is expected. Extensive skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management are also essential.

Demonstrated ability to assess, implement, and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure systems and configurations using procedures, scripts, and templates is key. Expertise in requirements gathering, problem-solving, and providing recommendations within large, complex customer environments is vital. Candidates must be able to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in all engineering engagements, respect deadlines, and work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory. Cloud solutions or certifications in Azure/AWS (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-140, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate) are considered advantageous.
