NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Advisor to oversee fixed-price project delivery, ensuring commercial control, governance, and customer coordination. This role empowers the technical team to focus on architectural and engineering excellence.

Manage project mobilization, initiation, and the integrated project plan, ensuring adherence to milestones and delivery governance. Control fixed-price scope against the signed SOW and agreed design baseline, managing change requests and assessing commercial impacts.

Maintain RAID, dependency, decision, and action logs, driving timely resolutions. Track customer dependencies and their impact on the critical path. Manage resource plans, effort burn, forecast-to-complete, and project financials.

Coordinate Solution Architecture, Data/SQL, SSAS, Power BI, and QA workstreams. Conduct weekly status reporting and governance meetings, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and decisions. Manage customer stakeholders, escalations, and cross-team coordination.

Oversee deliverable reviews, acceptance, and sign-off, ensuring required evidence for milestone completion. Manage SIT/UAT readiness, production deployment, hypercare, documentation, and KT completion. Drive project closure, acceptance, and handover in line with the SOW.

A strong background in fixed-price technology project management is essential, encompassing scope, change control, and acceptance management. Proficiency in integrated planning, dependency management, and critical-path control is required.

Expertise in RAID and governance management, budget/effort tracking, and forecast-to-complete management is crucial. Effective resource and stakeholder management skills are also necessary.

Experience with SIT/UAT, release, and go-live coordination is expected. Excellent written status reporting and senior stakeholder communication abilities are mandatory.

Desirable experience includes project delivery within Microsoft data/BI platforms, banking or regulated financial services, and exposure to on-premise infrastructure/data-platform delivery. Experience managing distributed or onshore-offshore teams is a plus.
