We are seeking a talented Systems Integration Advisor to enhance our team in Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on driving the evolution of infrastructure provisioning and automation, architecting scalable solutions, and influencing engineering culture for enhanced efficiency and robust platform capabilities.

This position requires a strategic technical leader adept at managing complex projects, anticipating obstacles, and making critical trade-offs between business objectives and technical constraints. You will be instrumental in breaking down intricate initiatives into manageable tasks, developing detailed specifications, and ensuring punctual project completion. Success hinges on strong decision-making, effective prioritization, and fostering trust with stakeholders and end-users.

As a Systems Integration Advisor, you will spearhead the design and implementation of target state architecture for infrastructure automation, establishing organizational standards. You will architect and supervise the creation of reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components using tools like Terraform and Ansible, while defining and promoting GitOps workflows for automated infrastructure management.

Your responsibilities include building and scaling self-service platform capabilities to empower developers, integrating automation with tools such as ArgoCD and Kubernetes, and reviewing/approving new infrastructure standards. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to influence product roadmaps and lead support for critical applications, including incident resolution and operational metrics automation. Advising on implementation design, owning the software development lifecycle for platform initiatives, and staying current with emerging trends in AI and system architecture are key aspects of this role. You will also mentor engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of Engineering experience, complemented by 7+ years in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, and 7+ years in software development and delivery. In-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security, is essential. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level complex applications and platforms, alongside 5+ years of hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane.

Additional experience includes 5+ years in engineering and support for Linux/Unix and Windows servers. Desired qualifications include 5+ years in designing observability solutions, 3+ years with GitOps principles and tools, and 3+ years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with languages like Golang or Python. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes is also beneficial. Expertise in designing complex, distributed, and scalable enterprise applications is highly valued, along with familiarity with developer portals and CI/CD pipelines. Strong technical communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a developer-first mindset focused on improving engineering productivity, are crucial.
