Join our innovative team as a Systems Integration Advisor, focusing on AI Architecture. This role involves designing and implementing advanced software solutions across modern architectures and cloud platforms. You will be instrumental in building and deploying Agentic AI systems, including LLM-based autonomous agents and multi-agent frameworks, to automate complex business processes. The position demands hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and traditional Machine Learning techniques.

Your responsibilities will extend to developing and maintaining robust data engineering pipelines for diverse data types and integrating AI models into applications using leading frameworks. You will also architect high-performance data platforms capable of handling both real-time and batch processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering client demos, Proofs of Concept, and production-ready solutions, while ensuring data quality, governance, and security are paramount.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions leveraging modern architectures and cloud platforms. Build and implement Agentic AI systems (LLM-based autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, orchestration workflows) to automate complex business processes. Develop and maintain data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured data across enterprise systems. Integrate AI models (LLMs, NLP, GenAI) into applications using tools such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. Architect data platforms supporting real-time and batch processing using technologies like Spark, Databricks, or cloud-native services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client demos, POCs, and production-ready solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data workflows. Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across AI and data components.

A strong foundation in software development, with over 6 years of Python experience, is essential. Possess hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, including multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, reasoning workflows, prompt engineering, and memory management. Demonstrate 2+ years of experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering. Exhibit a solid background in data engineering, encompassing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, warehousing, and both streaming and batch processing. Showcase experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and its associated services like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures is required. A strong understanding of API design, microservices, and distributed systems is necessary. Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
