As a Systems Integration Advisor specializing in Snowflake DBA tasks, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our data platform. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance, security, and reliability of our Snowflake deployments.

Administer Snowflake environments, including managing service requests and release tasks for optimal stability. Oversee change requests, ensuring thorough impact assessments and successful execution. Conduct maintenance for lower environments and perform environment refreshes. Manage Virtual Warehouses, focusing on sizing, monitoring, and performance tuning. Handle Zero-Copy Clone creation and lifecycle management. Administer data replication across various regions and accounts. Automate routine DBA tasks to boost operational efficiency. Manage and refresh Snowflake Shares, including updating objects and views.

Expertise in user and access management, including provisioning and lifecycle maintenance. Implement and manage role hierarchies and permissions based on the principle of least privilege. Manage Tag-Based Masking policies, updates, and resolve related issues. Monitor SQL queries and workloads to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Troubleshoot user issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions. Monitor resource utilization, credit consumption, and performance metrics.
