Develop robust full-stack applications utilizing Java, Node.js, and React.

Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures, with a focus on real-time data streaming using Kafka.

Leverage GCP services, including GKE and GCS, for cloud-native deployments.

Champion TDD/BDD methodologies across the development lifecycle, ensuring high code quality.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.

Lead and mentor teams in adopting best practices for version control and Agile methodologies.

Independently learn and integrate new technologies, guiding the team's technical evolution.

A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive software engineering experience is required.

Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Node.js (TypeScript), and React with modern state management is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and real-time streaming systems (ideally Kafka).

Strong experience with GCP cloud services, particularly GKE, GCS, and APIGEE Gateway.

Solid understanding and application of TDD/BDD methodologies with relevant frameworks (Junit, Jest, React Testing Library).

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with strong communication abilities for conveying technical concepts.

A proactive approach to learning new technologies and leading team adoption.
