NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with a proven track record in data modeling, creating compelling dashboards, and delivering insightful data visualizations. Your primary responsibilities will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements to design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. You'll be instrumental in structuring and optimizing data models, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns, while also developing and refining DAX calculations. Connecting to diverse data sources, performing data transformations with Power Query, and ensuring optimal report performance are also crucial aspects of this role.

Furthermore, you will validate data accuracy, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Supporting existing reports, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements will ensure the continuous improvement of our data insights.

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in building reports and dashboards. Essential skills include a strong command of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling principles. Proficiency in SQL, working with relational databases, and a solid understanding of data visualization best practices are required. Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management, publishing, and scheduled refreshes, is also key.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of row-level security (RLS) and access management within Power BI, along with proven experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting. The ability to grasp business needs and work autonomously, coupled with excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences, is vital. Prior experience in Agile environments is also expected.
