As a Systems Integration Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing hardware assets within datacenters and end-user environments, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing customer experience.

Develop and implement comprehensive Asset Management processes for datacenter and end-user hardware. Drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and streamline asset lifecycle management, including leased assets.

Ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the asset lifecycle, participate in audits, and manage disposals. Analyze client contracts and purchase agreements to optimize hardware asset management. Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary data and resolve discrepancies. Generate insightful monthly and ad-hoc asset reports, and identify and document best practices.

Proven experience in end-to-end hardware asset management, including managing leased assets and understanding IMACS (Install, Move, Add, Change, Subtract) processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel and MS Access is essential.

Strong ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder communications, analyze client contracts, and ensure quality delivery of requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills to assess data accuracy and resolve anomalies are required. This role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams.
