This role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through complex system integrations and software asset management challenges.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice on systems integration, focusing on end-to-end software license lifecycle management. This includes deep knowledge of complex datacenter software licenses for major vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, and SAP.

Your role will involve project and customer management, ensuring successful outcomes and fostering strong client relationships. You'll also apply your analytical thinking to solve intricate problems and deliver results.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Asset Management is required for this position. Significant experience with the entire software license lifecycle, particularly in complex datacenter environments with leading vendors, is essential.

We are looking for individuals with proven project management and customer management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on customer service and handling challenging situations, are crucial. A detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities is expected.
