In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding development and bug-fixing activities. - Actively participating in Agile ceremonies like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. - Contributing to software and architectural design. - Leading analysis, development, testing, and defect resolution. - Recommending process improvements for Java applications. - Creating essential project documentation. - Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for defects. - Achieving development and delivery KPIs. - Adapting to learn new Java technologies as project needs evolve.

Ideal candidates will possess:

- Deep expertise in at least one modern programming language. - Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with Core Java, SpringBoot, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, Java Caching, and Oracle databases. - Good understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, D3, and Node.js. - Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Nexus, and Sonar. - Competence in Linux/Unix systems. - Experience with high availability and high-performance systems. - Awareness of release/deployment and application support processes. - Experience with Docker, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is highly desirable. - Basic knowledge of Oracle database management systems is required.
