Seeking an experienced Systems Integration Advisor to manage Oracle databases throughout their lifecycle, from development to critical production environments. This role involves maintaining high levels of performance, availability, and security through expert configuration, monitoring, and tuning.

Key responsibilities include ensuring database health, deploying and maintaining high-availability solutions like RAC and Dataguard, and independently resolving issues in real-time. The ideal candidate will refine and automate processes for efficiency and cost optimization, providing crucial 24x7 support for production systems and participating in after-hours maintenance.

This position requires sharing technical expertise, mentoring team members, and collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders. A proactive, flexible, and "get-it-done" attitude is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Manage Oracle databases across development to production environments. Configure and maintain database servers, ensuring peak performance, availability, and security. Perform database performance tuning and optimization. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot high-availability database setups (e.g., RAC, Dataguard). Analyze and resolve issues independently in real-time. Automate routine processes and document changes for efficiency. Provide continuous 24x7 support for critical production systems. Execute scheduled maintenance and support release deployments outside standard hours. Share technical knowledge and mentor peers. Engage directly with end customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

A minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle 12.x/Above versions in an enterprise database administration setting is mandatory. Proven expertise in Performance Tuning and Optimization using native tools. Hands-on experience with backups, restores, and recovery models. Proficiency in database administration tasks. Experience with Exadata and OEM. Familiarity with incident and problem queue management. Strong understanding of Oracle High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions. Experience working with Linux, Windows, and Unix server environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Skill in multitasking and effective context switching. Solid foundation in ITIL, Continual Service Improvement, and Total Quality Management.
