Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues, implementing effective corrective actions to enhance system stability and performance.

Manage and maintain over 100 enterprise integration interfaces, troubleshooting failures in message processing and connectivity across various business applications.

Administer ESB workloads on Red Hat OpenShift, overseeing cluster health, resource utilization, and application performance while supporting platform upgrades and security compliance.

Offer specialized support for middleware components, including MQ/AMQ messaging, ensuring reliable inter-application communication and transaction processing.

Handle Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations, resolving X12 transaction processing issues and collaborating with trading partners for smooth data exchange.

Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture and middleware support is essential.

Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift administration and Kubernetes is required, alongside strong Linux administration skills.

Hands-on experience with Java development and application debugging for performance analysis is necessary.

Expertise in X12 EDI transactions, EDI message processing, and trading partner integration support is crucial.

Solid understanding of incident, problem, and root cause analysis, coupled with experience in performance monitoring and change/release management.
