NTT DATA seeks a skilled Systems Engineering Specialist with expertise in SCCM/Intune to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end endpoint lifecycle operations and ensuring robust endpoint security through automated patching. You will play a key part in maintaining and configuring our deployment of ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus, aiming to minimize corporate vulnerabilities by systematically deploying OS updates and keeping third-party applications current.

Design and maintain Windows 10/11 OSD task sequences using SCCM/MDT integration. Manage WinPE boot images, driver packages, and deployment boundaries for OSD operations. Support OS refresh, wipe-and-reload, and in-place upgrade deployment scenarios, troubleshooting any failures. Contribute to Windows Autopilot profile configuration and deployment for Intune-managed devices. Automate patch deployment using Patch Manager Plus, managing scheduled and critical patching for Windows endpoints. Package, test, and deploy updates for third-party enterprise software. Establish strict deployment policies using non-production test groups to ensure patch stability before production deployment. Generate real-time compliance audits and vulnerability summaries.

Manage complex application deployments using SCCM and package enterprise applications using .intunewin format for Intune deployment. Monitor and maintain SCCM site server health and Intune service health. Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency improvements. Handle L2/L3 escalations with thorough root cause analysis and documentation. Participate in change management and CAB reviews.

A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Intune and ManageEngine. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, including OSD, applications, collections, and reporting. Experience with Windows 10/11 image management, including task sequences, WinPE, driver management, and MDT integration. Familiarity with Azure AD and Hybrid Azure AD join configurations, conditional access, and co-management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint remediation. Experience with SQL/WQL queries for SCCM inventory and compliance reporting. Understanding of ITSM operations (incident, problem, and change management) is essential. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required for client-facing delivery and documentation.
