Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint services utilizing Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools. You will manage and support devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms, alongside supporting MEM, MAM, and MCM policies, device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.

This role also involves providing L1/L2/L3 support for endpoint and mobility services, troubleshooting device and application-related issues, and adhering to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. Additionally, you will support endpoint deployments, upgrades, and onboarding, execute tasks for Windows 10/11 upgrades and Autopilot, and assist with automation, documentation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate possesses 7–10 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager and Airwatch, along with a strong understanding of Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS. Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge and familiarity with ITIL processes are also required.

Exceptional communication skills are paramount. You will collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments, maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles, and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders. A strong understanding of endpoint management principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial for success in this role.
