NTT DATA seeks a talented Systems Engineering Specialist focused on Intune, MDM, and Mac management. This mid-level position is crucial for managing end-to-end endpoint lifecycle operations for global enterprise clients.

As a key member of the India EPM Delivery Centre, you will independently handle OS deployment, patch management, application delivery, and device compliance. You'll also address complex L2/L3 incidents and contribute to platform enhancements, supporting a diverse client base across US, APAC, and EMEA regions.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining Windows 10/11 OS deployment sequences with SCCM/MDT, managing WinPE images, and troubleshooting deployment issues. You will also configure and oversee patch management operations for both SCCM and Intune, manage Windows Update for Business, and handle application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune.

Furthermore, you will monitor and maintain SCCM and Intune infrastructure health, develop PowerShell scripts for automation, and manage L2/L3 escalations with root cause analysis. This role also involves managing Mac devices through Intune, including scripting, application deployment, and patching. Active Directory management and creation of login scripts are also part of the duties.

Proficiency is required in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (OSD, applications, patch management) and Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance, WUfB, Win32 app deployment, Autopilot). A strong understanding of Windows 10/11 image management, Azure AD configurations, and PowerShell scripting for automation is essential.

Experience with SQL/WQL queries for reporting and ITSM operations like incident, problem, and change management (ServiceNow or similar) is expected. Excellent written and spoken English is necessary for client interactions and documentation. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT/CS) or MCA from a recognized Indian university is required, with equivalent experience and certifications being considered.
