Join NTT DATA's dynamic team as a Systems Engineering Specialist focusing on EUC Applications Packaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to independently manage complex packaging projects and contribute significantly to our India EPM delivery team. You'll work with large global enterprise clients, tackling challenging repackages, compatibility issues, and advanced integrations with Intune and SCCM. This is a mid-senior position where your technical expertise will drive quality standards and platform improvements.

Independently manage complex application repackaging scenarios, including multi-component installers and dual-architecture packages. Develop and maintain MSI packages using WiX Toolset or InstallShield, and sequence App-V virtual applications. Design and implement Intune Win32 deployment strategies, including staged rollouts and dependency chains. Create custom PowerShell scripts for complex packaging requirements and automation. Resolve application compatibility issues and remediate deployment failures by collaborating with vendors and owners. Build SCCM application models with advanced detection methods and integrate packaging workflows with software delivery pipelines. Define and enforce packaging standards, conduct peer reviews, and contribute to the packaging knowledge base.

Requires advanced expertise in MSI packaging (WiX Toolset, InstallShield, AdminStudio) and MSIX packaging (Package Support Framework, MSIX Packaging Tool). Proficiency in App-V sequencing, Intune Win32, and SCCM deployment is essential. Strong advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and detection are necessary. A deep understanding of application compatibility (ACT, shims, PSF fixups) and Windows internals (registry, file system, services) is crucial for effective troubleshooting and analysis using tools like Procmon and Event Viewer. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT/CS) or MCA is required, though equivalent senior enterprise packaging experience will be considered.
