Join NTT DATA as a Systems Engineering Specialist focusing on Endpoint Management in our Bangalore, India office. This role is pivotal for managing the complete lifecycle of endpoints for global enterprise clients, ensuring seamless OS deployment, efficient patch management, and robust application delivery. You will be instrumental in maintaining device compliance and resolving complex technical issues.

This is a mid-level opportunity within our EPM managed services practice, supporting a diverse international client base across US, APAC, and EMEA. Your expertise will directly contribute to platform enhancements and the overall success of our managed services.

Take ownership of OS deployment and image management, including designing and maintaining task sequences, managing boot images, and troubleshooting deployment failures. You will also be responsible for patch management across SCCM and Intune environments, including configuring ADRs, managing WUfB policies, and performing impact analysis. Manage complex application deployments via SCCM and Intune, support software metering, and design application supersedence. Contribute to infrastructure health monitoring for SCCM and Intune, develop automation scripts, and handle L2/L3 escalations with thorough root cause analysis.

We are looking for a proficient engineer with strong experience in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, covering OSD, applications, and patch management. Expertise in Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and application deployment is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of Windows 10/11 image management, Azure AD configurations, and PowerShell scripting for automation. Familiarity with ITSM operations and excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions are required.
